Alright Robots it's time for your medical check up.
Tell me your health problems and I'll do my best to help.
(Medical student btw)
I have pic related but I was born a male
trannies get out of this thread
I vaulted over a fence when it was dark and landed on my left foot in such a way that the sole was facing inwards (towards the right foot).
It made a very loud crack and I limped for a few minutes but then it was fine; just a bit of aching.
About a month later and the foot still hurts if I bend it weirdly.
Am I crippled for life?
Bread, chocolate (anything but dark), and juice are horrible for you.
Salad can be bad for you if you don't make it right. Heavy potato/pasta (carb) based diet isn't good if that makes up the whole of your food and you're not balancing your macros. Also you should be eating fruit daily and lots of vegetables with every meal
>not very attractive and chubby
>got period at 12
>now suddenly 7 years later i dont get it
>cant even hope to have kids to keep me company in my old age because im probably becoming sterile
All of these could be cured with a Leth...little dose of morphine
I have some odd chest pains around my left breast
like higher up, around the top left of it, it's not terribly painful, like a tingling pain, but its location is disheartening
I've had EEG's done, they said that was all good, they also checked for pulmonary embolism, negative on that too
sometimes it occurs in the top right of my right breast area too, fairly infrequently.
should I be worried, It has been going on since october, docs were convinced it was anxiety
Yes but that isn't possible.
But I have had gender dysphoria diagnosed for over ten years. That's a health problem.
Severe depression and anxiety have cause me to develop an eating disorder and now due to my low caloric intake my muscles are starting to deteriate and the thought of having to talk to someone about it in real life only multiples my social anxiety
last time i got my period was mid november, and before that it was late august, and before that it was early june. before that i usually had it once a month, i dont know whats wrong with me. my periods last 4-6ish days
sounds like costochondritis and anxiety famalam, you're fine. take some ibuprofen or muscle relaxer for the pain, try deep breathing when you're anxious or pop a benadryl/vistaril
Bread is high in calories, high in sugar, and generally shitty. It's processed food, even the organic whole grain shit. The US food pyramid with bread as the most important food group is factually wrong and outdated, they don't advocate that system anymore.
>What should I have for breakfast instead?
Eggs or oats. Vegetables on the side, whole milk to drink if you want.
OP you're so cute, your verbage is textbook for now, good luck and remember to be nice to your nurses
Extremely tired almost all the time. Sometimes I'll be feeling ok and will need to go to sleep for a few hours out of no where. I can force myself to stay up during that phase if i want to but it's not easy. When I wake up in the morning my nose feels really stuffy, like its blocked or something. This goes away as I continue to wake up and won't return until the next morning. I have an intermittently itchy asshole (comes and goes over a period of weeks), sometimes i bleed bright red when i shit with no pain, but not everytime i shit, flaky skin on my face, my hair is thinning, and i have a persistent (for over a year) chesty cough BUT its never involuntary, i can just breathe deep and do a very mucusy cough on demand at any time. My diet is ok, i take a multivitamin and i lift weight 4 times a week. I spent half a year going to doctors to try and work it out, for a while they thought hypothyroidism then changed their mind, then they thought sleep apnia but changed their mind when i went to a ear nose and throat specialist and he said nothing was blocked in nose or throat, its not diabetes or any form of STI. All my vitamin levels are normal as of 3 months ago. my parents think its depression but its feels way to physical.
PLEASE HELP ME IM GOING INSANE
if you need anymore info i willa nswer your questions
Anxiety is tough, it's fine, but sometimes the medicine is bitter and annoying to take.. get help, maybe a psychiatrist will grant u the help you need, try to control your life by setting up a schedule for eating, try to learn to cook if you like it.
that's seems possible, I have minor scoliosis too, so that might be implicated
when it started in october I had a panic attack and ended up in the hospital, so you might be right with it being completely psychogenic
I think I'm gonna make it boys
Umm.. god I hate gynecology.. umm it could be multiple things, but a change in the menstrual cycle means a change in your bodys estrogen and progesterone levels, you should always check a doctor for that because it could be many things including cancer
So many symptoms lol, I'll choose the most important atm, blood in the stool?
When did it start?
How did it start?
Is there anything elsd accompanied with the stool and blood?
Is it diarrhea or just normal stool?
Ever had a history of stomach pain? Chest pain?
How old are you?
2. Stuffy nose is most likely due to allergy from something in your house
3. Flaky skin and thinning hair could be seborrheic it can be diagnosed from a single visit to a dermatologist
But still when did these symptoms start? Can you put them in order? Like which one started first and so on?
When did it start?
About 8 months ago. It stops for a month or two, comes back for a month or two etc etc.
>How did it start?
Not sure what you mean by this. One day I looked at the toilet paper and there was blood on it.
>Is there anything elsd accompanied with the stool and blood?
Just the itchy asshole
>Is it diarrhea or just normal stool?
Normal, havent had diarrhea in so long i cant even remember
>Ever had a history of stomach pain? Chest pain?
Not really, occasionally ill get a sharp shooting pain in lower abdomen but im talking like once a month if that and it goes away in minutes
>How old are you?
Symptoms started about a year and a half ago. Fatigue was definitely first, followed by the skin and hair loss, followed by the blood in stool and maybe 3 months ago i realise my nose was stuffed in the mornings, might have been like that from the start and i just didnt notice, i dont know
Lol nah, clinical trials contribute a lot to medical development and it's therefore a noble thing and there is nothing psychopathic about it.
I can act psychopathic sometimes by forgetting that patients are people and just only focusing on their illness and disease.
no specific food that makes me less nausea's but i can tell when my body begins to require food because of the stomach pains and headache. the worst part is no matter how bad the pain is i will never actually feel hungry so i just have to force something down my throat and hope i dont immediately vomit it back out
I gotta say that this is a complicated case, and it's hard to diagnose, let me tell you why it's complicated.
1. Your symptoms startef with fatigue which is a general thing and doesn't indicated a specific disease, you said you were experiencing hair loss which is a sign of hypothyroidism and that was your 1st diagnosis.
2.you followed up by another completely different symptom which is bloody stool, now this a serious symptom too and completely discards the hypothyroidism, so what is it now then? My most likely theory that it's a liver disease, causing you to bleed during defecation, but I'm not sure of that because you should be coughing blood or something too..
3. Congested nose means either allergy/viral infection.
So you're just a walking puzzle, desu..
What tests did you take?
I read online that bright red blood with no pain might just be a tear somewhere along the wall of the anus. might be why it keeps going and coming back? my doctor thinks its that.
i had thyroid hormone level tests and they were a little abnormal but not enough to be diagnosed with anything, they repeated these 4 times over a period of like 8 months and they stayed withtin that range of 'kinda off but nothing to worry about' the whole time.
i had a heap of tests done in the initial period. more bloodwork than i can count, urine samples etc, everything from those has always come back normal. as i said before i had my thyroid levels tested a few times. ent did some basic physical examination for obstruction. i had a sleep study done at an in house sleep apnea clinic and they legit said 'we arent sure' so i wasted time with a cpap for 2 months and it did nothing, hence why they ruled it out eventually.
ive never coughed up blood before, should i just go in and say test my liver? my gp is sorta at a loss at this point, hes convinced hes tried everything. i saw in a thread the other week some anon talking about candida overgrowth and his symptoms sounded kinda similar, could it be something like that? i havent been to the gp in a couple months now because they dont know what to do.... ivve been to all sorta of specialists on his referall and he seems like a good doctor but he seems really stumped with me and thats making me even more frustrated
Well I think that you'd be presented with more symptoms if it was Candida, did your doctor proceed with a sigmoidoscopy or colonscopy? Where they put a camera up your anus and into your large intestine?
And no, it's just a theory by a dumb medical student lol, I don't think your liver got anything wrong with it, it wouldn't make sense I guess.
I'll think about it and I'll ask some of the doctors, got an email we can contact each other on? I'll try to take a complete history from you tomorrow.
If that's okay with you of course..
No! You won't go out like this!! It's just a tablet that you're gonna take and will be back to your normal life..
Don't let your brain click into this mode of depression, you can do this! I believe in you!
It's not Lupus.
But for real idk, I always thought that you can't treat Lupus, you can only treat the symptoms if they were serious.
Whenever I get heated (e.g. exercise, hot shower, too many layers of clothing, eating spicy food, getting embarrassed) My scalp and sometimes my back "itch". It feels like small wisps of flame are shooting out of my skin and i have to pat/scratch to alleviate it(The orgasmic scratching the itch feeling is not present because it's not a rash)
What is this shit.
It's not lice or dandruff.
I'm not, I'm just telling them if they have a serious thing or not, I've been only recommending that they see a doc, because of that specific reason.
Plus I'm not prescribing drugs or anything, so no one is being harmed here.
Yea I have that too, it's seborrhoea (dandruff) but it needs special medications, go see a dermatologist he'll give you a shampoo for it, if it didn't work then you might have to go extreme and shave your hair to apply an oil daily until it goes away, then switch back to shampoos and stuff.
But yea, dermatologist please.
