Salad can be bad for you if you don't make it right. Heavy potato/pasta (carb) based diet isn't good if that makes up the whole of your food and you're not balancing your macros. Also you should be eating fruit daily and lots of vegetables with every meal

I have some odd chest pains around my left breast

I've had EEG's done, they said that was all good, they also checked for pulmonary embolism, negative on that too

Extremely tired almost all the time. Sometimes I'll be feeling ok and will need to go to sleep for a few hours out of no where. I can force myself to stay up during that phase if i want to but it's not easy. When I wake up in the morning my nose feels really stuffy, like its blocked or something. I have an intermittently itchy asshole (comes and goes over a period of weeks), sometimes i bleed bright red when i shit with no pain, but not everytime i shit, flaky skin on my face, my hair is thinning, and i have a persistent (for over a year) chesty cough BUT its never involuntary, i can just breathe deep and do a very mucusy cough on demand at any time. My diet is ok, i take a multivitamin and i lift weight 4 times a week. I spent half a year going to doctors to try and work it out, for a while they thought hypothyroidism then changed their mind, then they thought sleep apnia but changed their mind when i went to a ear nose and throat specialist and he said nothing was blocked in nose or throat, its not diabetes or any form of STI. All my vitamin levels are normal as of 3 months ago. my parents think its depression but its feels way to physical.

I gotta say that this is a complicated case, and it's hard to diagnose, let me tell you why it's complicated.
1. Your symptoms startef with fatigue which is a general thing and doesn't indicated a specific disease, you said you were experiencing hair loss which is a sign of hypothyroidism and that was your 1st diagnosis.
2.you followed up by another completely different symptom which is bloody stool, now this a serious symptom too and completely discards the hypothyroidism, so what is it now then? My most likely theory that it's a liver disease, causing you to bleed during defecation, but I'm not sure of that because you should be coughing blood or something too..
3. Congested nose means either allergy/viral infection.

So you're just a walking puzzle, desu..
What tests did you take?

i had thyroid hormone level tests and they were a little abnormal but not enough to be diagnosed with anything, they repeated these 4 times over a period of like 8 months and they stayed withtin that range of 'kinda off but nothing to worry about' the whole time.

i had a heap of tests done in the initial period. more bloodwork than i can count, urine samples etc, everything from those has always come back normal. as i said before i had my thyroid levels tested a few times. ent did some basic physical examination for obstruction. i had a sleep study done at an in house sleep apnea clinic and they legit said 'we arent sure' so i wasted time with a cpap for 2 months and it did nothing, hence why they ruled it out eventually.

ive never coughed up blood before, should i just go in and say test my liver? my gp is sorta at a loss at this point, hes convinced hes tried everything. i saw in a thread the other week some anon talking about candida overgrowth and his symptoms sounded kinda similar, could it be something like that? i havent been to the gp in a couple months now because they dont know what to do.... ivve been to all sorta of specialists on his referall and he seems like a good doctor but he seems really stumped with me and thats making me even more frustrated
