Starting February actually makes me feel kinda good. I stuck with my diet/exercise resolution for a whole month. Pathetic yea, but a month is longer than I've ever lasted with New Years resolution crap. I already weigh 10lbs less and have started to see some actual muscle definition. Small goals but at least it's something. Hope I'm saying the same thing in March.

It's not possible to experience non-existence. You can't have an experience of nothing. So then what came before you and I were even born? I think our death can only be the same sort of experience as when we were born.

Or, perhaps this reality is an illusion or some sort of simulation. Maybe humans are just a vessel to be controlled by what we really are in a separate reality. Maybe we're just asleep, and once we die we'll wake up back in the "real" world.
