In the first example, the person had a choice on whether to go to the concert or not. I know that I would choose not to see my favorite band because I hate concerts.
In the second example, it's not a choice if it's rape, rape is sex against someone's will. If someone likes attention but hates sex, it's their choice and nobody cares if the way they dress triggers an autistic faggot like you :^)
