Karma itself doesn't exist, but the situation you're in definitely allows you to create a close alternative.

Alternatively, if you happen to remember how exactly you were shot down by her ~9 years ago, shoot her down in as close to that exact phrasing as possible.
Sure you could just go and tell her to take a hike and exercise, but rather than it seeming like Karma, it'll more easily be seen as you just being a dick after all, kind of justifying her shooting you down in the past in her eyes.

Try to accept the compliments, try to enjoy the attention, and wait for her to try and make a move on you. Let her actually ask you out before shooting her down the exact same way she did, let her put the effort in and whatnot. Don't shoot her down right away at some vague hint, but bide your time.
It may seem harsh, but the tables are turned.
She didn't think you were a looker back then and for that shot you down even if she didn't actively say or imply it were your looks that made her refuse back then.
Using this aforementioned course of actions, you'll practically place her in the exact same position you were back then, allowing her to experience how it was for you. If she didn't say it was your looks, don't say it either. She'll definitely know, and you'll have the grace and "justice" on your side, so to speak.

This is assuming you're still somehow not able to let it all go. If you already past it and don't care about any "Karma" or getting back to someone or whatever, you can simply never initiate contact and keep your responses short, knowing you dodged a bullet back then if she found your physique that important back then and still now, rather than your personality first and foremost.

this happened to me. but the girl is a really self-absorbed person.
