Is it hot to the touch around the wound? Is the skin around it firm?

If so it might be infected. Douse it with rubbing alcohol, antibiotic ointment and bandaid, then go to the doctor.

How long have you had this? Is it from a wound? You better get it checked out, it could be a small tumor.
