I just try not to think about it, no fap is bullshit if you're doing it to "improve" but just removing porn from your life is really helpful
You wouldn't spend hours watching man vs food if you intended to go on a diet
Find shit you enjoy, whether it's collecting fucking fridge magnets or reading old medieval fighting manuals
Just do what you like and not with any ulterior motive, even if it's just playing vidya all day
I'd suggest travelling, it's really good to get away from home (I understand this isn't possible for everyone) and clear your mind
Exercise a bit, not to get a six pack or get girls but just to improve health and stamina
