What other fatties need to do is stick to meat and vegetables, while toning it down on the carbs and sugar. These things are high in calories and really stack up fast.

To give you an example, only one cup of cheetos is 200 calories and 4 oz of pork loin is also around 200. You are getting a lot more food going for the pork loin, it keeps you feeling satisfied longer and on top of that, you're getting a good source of protein, vitamin B and monosaturated fat, which is a good fat. You get absolutely nothing beneficial from the cheetos and no one eats a freaking cup of cheetos. You'd be chowing down like half the bag or more before feeling satisfied most likely.

I've lost almost 130 lbs just by eating more meat and veg while sticking to ice water.

Have lost 27kgs in 5 months. Eating at half of my maintenance. Literally just cook up some lean mince like chicken or turkey (I use kangaroo), season it a bit, add a side dish of rice, potatoes, veges or some lower energy pasta if you need. I do that twice a day, skipping breakfast. Only drink water. Have a cheat day once a week, but don't go crazy on it. You will be hungry quite often, but usually only about an hour or so before you are scheduled to eat next.

It's not amazingly easy, but not that hard either.

Add in some lifting or running or even bodyweight exercises if you feel like it.

It will work. Me and 3 other fat friends have done this method. Well, one went full eating disorder for a bit and was only eating 6 eggs a day. But hey.

all that matters is calories burned vs calories eaten in a specific period of time; whether it be a day, a week, a month.

the reason you "gain weight eating at night hurr" is because your heart rate slows down while you sleep, therefor you burn less calories while you sleep. It doesn't matter though as long as you eat below your TDEE daily.

You can do it ! I was a fatass my entire life -- ballooned from 200 entering high school to 300 leaving it. I'm 170 now.

The key steps for me were

>#2 reduce sugar, drinks specifically. Diet drinks are okay with meals.
>#3 dont snack, keep it to 3 meals a day. Make breakfast good and dinner light. If you're like me and think about food all the time just focus on what you'll have for breakfast if dinner doesn't satisfy.
>#4 start working out when you get confidence, when you hit a good weight you can stop dieting but keep working out. Walking an hour a day is fine.

That's literally all there is to it. Look at other countries, like Japan. Fucking 3% population is obese. Just 3. Do you know what burgerland is? 10-15x higher can't remember the exact number but its around 30-40 percent or so. Your diet is probably shit and you don't get enough exercise. If you're a lazy shit that sits at the computer all day, you're most likely not burning a lot of calories, and on top of that, people in those sedentary lifestyles pig out on instant dinners and take out which is packed with calories too high to justify any nutritional value derived from said meal.

Cut out the snacking and soda. Seriously, stop with the fucking cheetos and doritos and shit. Soda is disgusting and filled with sugar. They add up real quick especially when the labels are deceiving. No one eats a single handful of doritos or a 8 oz of soda at a time.

Also, learn to cook your own food. Most takeout is atrociously high in fat and calories. Get off your lazy ass and learn to cook. You'll make better food that is healthier and can taste better if you actually try. Shy away from deep frying though. Also, learn to eat some fucking vegetables. They'll fill your stomach while being low calorie so you eat less high calorie foods. You have no idea how many fat fucks I see at my LGS who make fun of me for eating fruits and vegetables and boldly brag about eating none of that "pussy woman shit." Yeah, I get made fun of and called a woman for eating salad, but at least I can see my toes and touch them while standing. Feels good not being a hulking fatass.

Anyway, I lost about 30 pounds by simple "just" eating less calories.

Just take drugs every day. I've been on stims for like two weeks and I've only eaten a handful of meals. I always get the munchies during the crash though. The trick is to never crash, to go on several day benders without any sleep until you get so tired you pass out. Opiates are good for curbing hunger too, I've lost a lot of weight on those.

Kratom is a good, legal drug that will curb your appetite. It's a really mild opiate/stimulant, you can't even get dependent on it unless you're a fucking moron. I know, I don't magically circumvent thermodynamics and neither does anybody else. I'm just saying that, while it's factually correct that eating less will make you lose eight, ignoring the underlying changes in chemistry and microflora that will make the process of becoming healthy hell as well as the terrible habits learned such as comfort eating is ignoring the root of the problem. I brought up examples in which I overcame addiction to contextualize the situation: I had the will power to quit two incredibly addictive substances, but not to make meaningful, lasing alterations to my diet.

What I'm saying is that telling people eat less as though that wasn't both obvious and intuitive is the equivalent of telling a junkie to just not shoot up. It's easier if you cut cravings with diet soda and salads that have 0 calorie dressing, or big bowls of fruit. I drink a lot of coffee. I don't eat food that is easily found in a convenience store.
It gets easier with time, you will get addicted to seeing good results.
The only problems I have with living this way is that I absolutely love to cook.
I've solved this dilemma by bringing the food I make to my Dad's apartment every weekend. He lives alone, is pretty depressed. I worry about him a lot. This seems to perk him up a bit.

That's the point: sugar and fat are substances with a shitload of energy. It's a lot of energy for not much work, so our brains release dopamine to encourage us to do it. Kale, on the other hand, does not have that benefit. It's food, but it's not food we've learned to prize the way we do sugary foods.

That dopamine spike is the same you get from jerking off, winning at a slot machine, or (through different mechanisms) snorting a line of cocaine off a hooker's ass. But as we all know, sex addiction, gambling addiction, and drug addiction all exist. Is it such a logical leap to say that food addiction exists?

Getting fat has never been a problem for me. If I get slightly chubby I get REALLY depressed. I hate the way being fat smells, it grosses me out like crazy when I get fat-sweats.

Absolute bullshit pseudoscience. Calculate your TDEE and go on a 500kcal deficit. You have to be the manlet of all manlets if you only need 1200 at 300lbs. Most average healthy males need around 2200kcal to maintain their weight.

Feels good man. My upper body is still pretty good, but I have small calves (no fat distribution). BTW, calorie in calorie out has everything to do with your fat, but you can't really change your body frame. That said, you shouldn't have multiple chins.
