Have lost 27kgs in 5 months. Eating at half of my maintenance. Literally just cook up some lean mince like chicken or turkey (I use kangaroo), season it a bit, add a side dish of rice, potatoes, veges or some lower energy pasta if you need. I do that twice a day, skipping breakfast. Only drink water. Have a cheat day once a week, but don't go crazy on it. You will be hungry quite often, but usually only about an hour or so before you are scheduled to eat next.
It's not amazingly easy, but not that hard either.
Add in some lifting or running or even bodyweight exercises if you feel like it.
It will work. Me and 3 other fat friends have done this method. Well, one went full eating disorder for a bit and was only eating 6 eggs a day. But hey.

I was 5'8 225lbs , lost 85lbs and got down to 140lbs. At the time I was only eating about 1200 calories a day as my stomach shrunk and I got super full quick. As I got older I started eating more, but the thing is that I couldn't eat normal amounts of food because I would rapidly gain weight. I gained all my weight back, up to 225lbs while only eating about 1500 calories a day. I'm currently trying to lose weight again, but the bullshit part is if I eat anything more than 1200 calories I will gain weight.

Of course, one article is hardly decisive, but I think it's safe to say that there's a link which merits further investigation.
wake up and run fasted + yohimbine. Dont eat fast food, dont get wasted on alcohol more than once a month. Do intermittent fasting, fast 16 hours and eat for 8hours. Working out at the gym is a plus. Pic related

Feels good man. My upper body is still pretty good, but I have small calves (no fat distribution). BTW, calorie in calorie out has everything to do with your fat, but you can't really change your body frame. That said, you shouldn't have multiple chins.
