ITT Post a picture you've taken and tell us about it
comment on someone else's before posting
I took this at Santa Monica Pier, California. I like how everyone is going about their day casually, I think I was with my family. My parents let my sister and I eat funnel cakes for lunch
Probably my favorite coastline in the greatest nation on earth, but goddamn I hate the crowds/urbanization at every single decent one I've been to.
I'm sorry man I'd post one of my own but I'm a mobilecuck tonight.
This is a picture of the Oscar Meyer Weiner mobile I snapped leaving Spokane WA in a rainstorm
>water too cold to comfortably swim in
>sand full of broken bottles and cigarette butts
Anon, there are much better coastlines out there.
Maybe I'm bitter since I'm from California or something.
>weiner in the rain
This is a work of art.
Mine's from an abandoned building I checked out when I was like 17. Most of the ones inside are shit quality and dark as fuck.
You don't see this angle of my city very much, anyone know it?
What part of "comment on someone else's before posting" did you not understand? post your shit, tell us about it, and then comment on someone else's in the same post
yeah it's got the ferris wheel and the mediocre roller coaster
I feel you for the most part but that's only if you're in touristy areas. There are some "private" beaches in Malibu that are great. They aren't actually private but the general public thinks they're because they're blocked by houses. So if you go there they're usually pretty empty and clean
This is me being comfy and watching anon, one of the first anime that was a escape to me in my depression. That comforted me while being an ugly poor white male.
There was a fly in my computer's screen that wasn't leaving. I don't like killing bugs, as annoying as they are I'd rather let them live, so I took a picture of it while I waited for it to leave. I think it turned out good, it's like a metaphor of my life.
>filthy santa monica pier
it was a tourist tier
Have a pic of a sunset in Malibu from last week :3
Awesome, and kind of envious somehow. Also homesick as a result of seeing the NW despite being from landlocked Alberta.
Pic related to homesickness, currently trapped in shitty Singapoor. Apparently something funeral related?
A pic I took of some unknown bush for a photography class I took in HS. I have much better pictures, but I can't remember what I did with them.
True, Hawaii has some great coast and nice waters too. Never been to a warm beach outside Burgerland, nor Florida, but I do concur Hawaiian beaches weren't considered in my hasty rating.
I hear Hawaii is a weird place to live though.
I know, before you say "normiegram reee leave my board", just hear me out.
I took this picture in late June/early July on my way to hang out with some "friends" in the city. It was one of the last days I was truly "happy"; my ex of three years and I were going through the death throes of our relationship, and I was still at this time so naive to how much it was going to suck afterwards. I shirked on my duties to try and fix our relationship, and instead tried to hang out with some girl who ended up rejecting me once I was single. Now I'm here alone, bitter, one step away from being a college dropout working a dead end job with no future prospects on anything. I don't hang out with these "friends" anymore, I'd rather not socialize with anyone, and spend most of my days working and sitting on the computer for hours on end.
This is the only moment of "happiness" I have left.
Also it's not letting me quote anyone else, but OMW dude, I'm jealous of you for being able to experience this glorious wet weiner on the road. Upside down naked guy; what the fuck goes on with your family......
Little island in a river. I just left the dorm and walked, wish I never stopped
I go for walks on Woodbury common in Devon sometimes. Took this in September 2012...
I superimposed feels guy into the pic and see my OC a lot
I made these turkey meatballs, and I wanted meatball sandwiches, so instead of marinara I decided a nice pesto sauce would be more appropriate. This is my superior meatball sandwich.
Me and a couple friends...just Netflix and chill, ya' know? Bud, spirits and astroglide.
Hahahah, oh and a third is on the wayhahah
A monkey I won at Dave and busters like 3 years ago
We bought some of that gross spray candy shit and sprayed it up his ass and then threw him in the garbage
Holy crackers that's a gorgeous photo. Gorgeous anon.
This is the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne. I volunteer there as a guide. It's usually really busy with tourists and people hanging around, so it was nice to be able to get a photo with no one around.
I've been there, it's nice.
This is a photo I took of Sydney harbour at around 9pm. Can't remember why I was down by the harbour.
Man I'd love to go to Sydney, when did you go?
Here is a photo of an abandoned car park I explored in France
that's such a cute lil monkey though, why did you throw him away?
this is a picture of a pumpkin growing in my backyard surrounded by a huge rosemary bush
I'd love to move to Sydney I could just be anonymous. Noone would know me and I wouldn't know them. We could just pass each other by not bothering each other and just being happy each other exists.
This is a photo on top a mountain. It was the first solo hike I did.
Looks spooky. Do you often explore abandoned places? Also, I've been to Sydney too in 2009, it's such a beautiful city.
Pic related is a photo of daily life in hanoi.
This is a photo I sent my brother last week when I won $11k on a $50 deposit.
The original image is 5MB.
Congrats, what are you going to use it on?
This is a photo of a toy robot holding 15 Euros and some ecstasy.
I took this while working a stint on Corsica. The town below is the one I worked in.
Horrible work conditions, but absolutely amazing nature.
My parents' home has a relatively big garden (over 1.5 acres) in the countryside. At the bottom of it is a small field surrounded by trees, which form a mini woodland. Here is a picture I took of the forest in Summer 2004.
Currently I live in a city but I see myself living in the countryside when I'm older. Maybe it's just because I grew up there but I prefer it.
I actually live in Sydney, always have.
Nice photo, I love abandoned things. I explored an abandoned Soviet train station in Bulgaria, but didn't bring a camera.
Here's a shitty photo of the sky at sunset that I took through my window.
I've been through that. A year or so passed after my relationship came to an end. I don't remember when exactly, because the days just blend together. There was one day following months of just feeling like shit. I ended up taking a nap on a bench outside after one of my classes. When I woke up, this is what I saw.
Felt good for no reason. These days (a year or two after the photograph) I don't really talk to any of my old friends, I don't go outside except for food or class. There's no joy in video games anymore, nothing is exciting anymore. Nothing left to do, but graduate and become and continue own my path as a wagecuck
here's a picture of this thread I took twenty seconds ago
I was living in the Philippines, at SM North Edsa watching people wait for public transport
I took it from my balcony. Just tought sky looked pretty.
I wish I did more of this stuff. My roommate and I are gonna go check out some weird part of the local forest sometime this upcoming month and then later explore an abandoned factory near the local town airport.
My grandma's house, somewhere in northern Michigan
This is a picture of some filthy Alleyway I walked by to take a piss while bar hopping one night.
Walking around the hills of my town last year. listening to music
Rainy day in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines
Panama City Beach, Florida.
Went to Ironman there to support relatives.
Took this at work, captured the mood of that day fairly well.
Sounds peaceful, I would love to do that but I live nowhere near a place with open land or hills.
>Here's the alley behind my house. I like taking walks down it at night because it leads to the park. The park is usually completely empty, or there's one or two people running around.
>I like to walk under the street lights and sit on a park bench, where I can see a perfect view of the city I live near. I usually listen to music and just watch the buildings light up the sky.
I might take pictures when I go later tonight if this thread is still up.
This thread makes me want to take more pictures. I go places and I do things, but I almost never take pictures. The dates on the ones I looked through helped me put this past year in perspective. All the bad, all the good.
I don't want to be that asshole that always has his phone out taking pictures though. Often when I do want to take one I fuss with unlocking it then launching the camera app and the opportunity has already passed me. But that's life.
We had a false spring awhile ago, and all the flowers bloomed. Then there was an ice storm, most things died, but this entire plant was covered with ice and frozen in time. When it thawed a week later it went back to blooming.
