Yeah I used to cut my forearms and around my biceps. When a few coworkers asked I blamed my cat and started wearing long sleeves to work and moved my cutting location to my inner ankles

I didn't have a knife so I used a piece of broken glass from an old downstem. Now if I cut I use one of those ceramic knives
