The key is to not fap multiple times a day or even once a day. Go once a WEEK only. 4 times a month. Throughout the year there will be periods where you get even more horny so going 2-3 times a week sometimes is ok. But there are also times where you become low test, either through anxiety or depression kicks in at a certain time of the year and you dont feel like fapping.
