>As a kid I got to watch Dragon Ball Z, Ruroni Kenshin, and Yu Yu Hakusho back to back.
Let's have a nostalgia thread, if you want you can even throw in some
God...that opening theme makes me smile so much.
It also makes me sad as fuck. I've always wanted a group of friends like in YYH. They were all such bros and genuinely cared for each other, even though they were rivals.
>you will never fight in the Dark Tournament with your demon manlet rival, a gorgeous half demon, and your Adam Driver human rival
YYH really was the perfect show for me.
Kenshin is up there with Cowboy Bebop for me, at times, I'd rank it even higher.
It's the comfiest show and I don't know why.
Also, I never understood how the power levels in YYH worked, especially after Yusuke became a demon.
>God...that opening theme makes me smile so much.
It is called Smile Bomb
Anyways, I still love these themes
Didn't he lose to a guy, who went on to beat Yusuke with the power of love or something, only to get his shit pushed in by nobodies?
It should have ended with Sensui and Yusuke both dying instead of that abortion of an arc.
It's dumb, Kurama should of been able to go to the grand finals of the tourney.
Kurama is a fucking Legendary demon.
But Yusuke is the main character so he has to be better somehow, I don't get it.
Maybe it's because Kurama is in a human body. He could possibly die if he used his full power for that long. IDK.
But Kurama seems the most powerful.
>tfw your life wont even be as good as slice of life series.
Hiei was my favorite.
He was what Vegeta should've been to dragon ball z.
Hiei was my best friends favorite when we were kids.
Hiei is a tad too edgy for me.
Japanese version is good, but it lacks all the nostalgia of watching the english one. The one I heard as a kid getting home from school.
Rushing home, playing with toys, doing homework occasionally, and waiting till the anime block on toonami was going to air.
