I actually agree with this, or at least a high school diploma. Universal suffrage is fucking stupid. Most people don't make informed decisions, so many people voted for Obama just because he was black and so many people will vote for Hilary just because she has a vag. I don't think limiting it would solve the problem entirely but at least smarter people, or at least harder working people, would determine the future of the country and not just any fucking yahoo.
