I recommend getting a food scale if you don't have one already, and looking into something called an "EC stack" for curving your appetite. All it is is ephedrine and caffeine pills. You can get them at CVS.

If you want to work out, all you need is a pair of 25lb dumbbells and a treadmill. I recommend a treadmill over walking/running because I personally always play phone games while I do my cardio and it makes the time pass like it's nothing. Treadmills with an incline setting are the best shit, as you can set the incline up and just walk and burn a fuckload of calories.

Of course, do whatever works for you. Make losing weight easy.
