Training keeps your head clear and your will strong, there is always purpose behind it. I do not think it necessarily has to be getting swole, but being athletic in one kind or another is never wrong. Being strong and healthy always comes in handy.

I was a depressed and lonely robot back in high school, then l started lifting. The best part was the cardio, because when you run it feels like you're dying, and you forget about all of your problems. You just run away from reality, l guess. Also, lifting got me a qt gf and boosted my confidence and self-esteem, but l cheated on her.
