I dunno. I don't feel like IQ is everything. Mine's above the 99th percentile, and I'm "gifted" or whatever. Still doesn't fix the fact that I struggle with doing the most basic shit. It's not even a matter of not trying. I seriously get the feeling most people don't even have difficulty with tying shoes, using doorknobs, walking, getting dressed, not breaking things, and not losing everything. I can't math or language my way past that.

That's not true.
I have rather high intelligence. 137 when last tested. All the professionals who have tested me have said that my scores are artificially low and do not reflect my true intelligence due to my disabilities. But, I also have ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Bipolar, and Asperger's Syndrome/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I was in varying degrees of Special Education pretty much the entire time I was in school.
in middle school and freshman year of high school, I was in a program for Gifted and Talented Learning Disabled (GTLD). Then I was in a small public charter school for kids with Learning Disabilities and/or Asperger's Syndrome/High Functioning Autism.
