At some point i startet to learn about the body and calories. I tought myself about training and eating healthy. also spend alot of time in /fit/ in 2 years i went from 50kg to 68kg. just by counting calories. After i startet counting calories i found out i was simply not eating enough. i would skip breakfast or forget a meal because of gaming. Fast metabolism is just bullshit. Sure its different from person to person, but not so much that they cannot gain weight if they truly went on a good diet and kept counting calories,
>>25964635 Im also at 1600 cals a day with no difficulty. Eat lot of lean meat, beef, chicken, turkey, theyre low calories. Drink only water or tea, little to no sugar. Eat spaghetti, 100g cooked is about 110 cals. No butter, olive oil, also tastes way better. Drink a soup for dinner and sleep if you're hungry at night.
Don't forget veggies are your best friends, very low cals, fibers making you feel full, tasty, drop some spices and herbs on these beauties, potatoes are also alright.
>>25964543 Thank you <3 Even tho it was 1,5 years ago i topped in weight. I had my bachelors degree and got a nice stable normie job. So didn't workout and lost motivation for eating healthy. so im now at 62kg. But i know i could easely gain everything back fast, if i ever get the motivation again.
>>25964735 Thanks. I need to work more veggies in, it's hard during the day though because I'm a wagecuck. I just bought some low calorie fiber cereal for the morning and hoping that helps carry me better to lunch.
Lunch normally eat a 5oz chicken breast and a salad. bit of bbq sauce but only a few teaspoons by dipping my fork in it.
