Sounds like you have working memory issues. You might have ADHD-PI.

Probably just have an attention problem that has arised from using the Internet a lot where everything is instant. Take a break from the internet for at least a week and try to read a book every day. I'm not saying read a book a day, I'm saying try to force yourself to read a few chapters of a book a day. This isn't permanent, and it's not genetic. Just work through it and you'll get through it
