Anyone else here use coconut oil? Use it every few weeks. Noticed

How do you apply it to your hair? The one time I tried using it my hair stayed greasy for wha felt like days. Do you just wash it out when you're done with shampoo? Do you still use conditioner?

I use it for food, lip balm, and to condition leather occasionally when I misplace the oil made for the job.
Considered using it for finishing wood, but pretty sure it goes rancid after a year or two unless you clean it off really well. Mineral oil is just as food safe and does not have that problem. So I just quit being lazy and when to the store and picked up a bottle.

Actually you need shampoo especially if you have or do the following;
>Have an Oily scalp
>Have fine hair
>Exercise a lot (Which i do)

Don't speak on things you have no clue on, by the way i love it when the qt female hairdresser i go to (when the barber is closed) who always compliments my hair while rubbing her fingers through it asking what i want.
