I dont count calories or any of that other bullshit and I'm getting more fit by the day.
The secret is to drink lots of water, put less shit into your fat mouth and do some cardio, hit the gym if you want to speed up the process.

It's not that I don't feel like it, I've disciplined myself for a while and made an effort never to miss any exercise. Only up until a few days ago I wondered what was the point?
