I read that article and it said that they favoured funding hospitals in high growth areas (york region, toronto, etc). We probably won't see much cutting in nursing staff, but it's true that it will become very competitive.

My goal is to work at a hospital for a while to gain experience and then become a travel nurse in Dubai or some rich area. Idk how likely that is but we'll see.
