I've been training for years, and I always hated swings. They honestly don't do much for you, other than stress your joints. Maybe it's a preference thing, but I find them useless compared to other exercises.
I have 10 lbs hand me down dumbbells from my father's college days, but I don't have enough space in my room to do swings, and doing it anywhere else is too embarrassing. What else can I do with dumbbells to get buff? I want to be able to beat up muggers if I ever run into any
