Can someone explain politics to me?
I just don't get it. I'm ignorant to it completely. I don't even know what the term "liberal" means. I don't know why lots of people hate Donald trump, yet 4chan seems to love him. I don't know what a republican is, or right wing or left wing.
Yes I know I'm stupid, but please enlighten me. I would ask /pol/ but they'd eat me alive, you guys maybe not so much? Thanks
Liberalism is a step towards socialism which has been the downfall of every great democracy in history.
Conservatism is about keeping our military strong, our families together, and our women moral.
Women are easily brainwashed and since there are so many beta males (providers) supporting them, then they have no worry about making money themselves, due to the male does it for them. If the male will no longer do that, then they just go to another male who will (either simply leave or if you are married, then divorce you and take your money, and leave), so in other words:
>Women are worthless, because they get you nowhere in life, so fuck them and throw them away.
>They are known for hypergamy, because they're too stupid to get anywhere without a man.
>Society is controlled by the elite and they market everything towards stupid women, so that way the beta males will slave (work) for them in order to buy their cheating cunt materialistic items. The cycle then continues as long as pussy beta males exist.
The elite social class does all of this (tries to make everyone think like they want you to think and if you oppose, then you're considered insane by society), due to they love the feeling of power, and the resources peasants provide for them. Believe it or not, but this is all 100% true.
No matter what you cannot change the hold in which the elite social class has on society, but they will make you think that you can (presidential elections, voting, etc) while they sit back and laugh (create more bullshit laws taking away any rights you may think you have left).
i recommend you to read a couple of books from both parties.Unfortuanetly i dont live in a english speaking country so i cant give you any examples. If nothing else, i got into politics when i was around 11.Just watching the news while you are eating or something is good enough to kick the ball. Also NEVER ask for someone (who isnt like a professional or journalist or whatever) to explain politics to you because you basically want to be filled with propaganda and false information that way.
Both sides do it constantly
>I'm a liberal so I support free choice! I mean unless you say something that offends me or want to own a gun or don't want to pay for other peoples welfare of course
>I'm a conservative so I believe in small government! I mean unless it's regulating how individuals live their own lives or you don't want to pay for corporate welfare and a trillion dollar military
"Liberal" is a dumb term thrown around way to much.
By virtue of ideology, "Conservatives" are also "Liberals", in that they hold many of the same beliefs that Classical Liberalism started.
lol, it's not as simple as that
politics is important, it's just this oversimplified version that the mainstream media promotes is harmful
"liberal/conservative" politics is elementary-tier
I thought the left to right was left ( socialism/ communism) right(captialism/ conservatism)
Up and down UP being Authoritarism ( being more gov control of the population through rules etc) examples of left Authoritarism (communism and how social justice warriors want the world to be and laws they want)
Right Authoritarism ( nazi's )
where as down is libertarian which is less/ minimal gov interference with people lifes and people are free to pursue what they wish when it doesn't negativly effect others or remaining laws
I'd say liberals arent libertarian as it goes againest the core principle of libertarianism which is indivdualism
where as liberal sjws are seeking to be collectivst and impliment collectivist laws and ideals
I may be wrong, I only have a casual interest in politics
Left wing politics looks for government solutions at the cost of individual freedoms. ideologies include "communism, socialism, fascism, progressivism, nazism"
Right wing ideology looks for organic solutions facilitated through individual liberty, sometimes considering problems worth keeping in exchange for freedom. "liberalism, libertarian, anarchism" are examples of right wing ideologies.
Conservative refers to reactionary politics, which means changes to tradition are resisted. In America, this is generally right wing due to America's founding based around liberalism. Most countries have authoritarian roots, which means conservatives in these countries are left-wing.
Donald Trump uses politics mainly to advertise his brand, though he saw sudden success due to a throw away line he made in a speech about Mexicans which the media assumed would be controversial but ended up appealing to a large portion of society, which feel not enough is being done on the border.
A lot of people on 4chan support trump because its funny. thats what 4chan does.
