Do you have a person or character, real or not, that you look to for inspiration? If so, who?
Her character, however exaggerated it may be, is my source for inspiration, when shit gets tough.
Most fictional characters are too shallow and unrealistic to use as inspiration desu, but I still like her.
I've got some. I mostly look up to intelligent, or socially gifted characters. I had shit parents, so I ended up raising myself, which meant I ended up only having fictional characters as role models. Now, my standards and expectations of myself and others are way too high.
I really like all of those sherlock holmes-like cop shows though.
Someday I will reach at least half his level.
how fucking edgy am I?
Kumon Kaito didnt let anyone get in his way. And because of his strong will he even had a person who believed in him. He died in the end but he died fighting for what he believed in. I wish I was as strong as him and I was I had the conviction and will power he did.
J U S T D O I T
he just wanted to learn about the force some more
I look up to Toad because I am a fungi-kin.
This gangster right here. I'm like him in a lot of ways, I suppose. I'm smart but I'm also pretty incompetent at times, like Jin. Also, I usually keep a quiet but polite demeanor about me in any situation I'm in.
However, when he gets serious he turns into a force to be reckoned with, and I feel like that's something I should aspire to become as a person
>Mind posting the series they're from?
Kamen Rider Gaim
preferably without the crippling ocd and plane crash
I do it all for my waifu.
Will watch, been wanting to get into Kamen rider.
I was going to start with black but this seems good enough reason.
I wish I knew more about him, the most I know is that he inspired mr. house from fallout NV, anything you recommend?
Did you read the VN?
I find this a good opportunity to get to know you guys better, and also learn practical things along the way.
Sorry if I'm derailing your thread OP.
I'd feel no reason to get out of bed if not for my waifu.
my previous main inspiration
>Now Kars, there is a guy to motivate. When you don't give up on your goal for 100.000 years well...
>all these fictional characters
>all this weebshit
where did it go so wrong?
I can honestly say I have little to no relevant cultural or influential persons in my country that aren't confirmed murderers.
Unless you want me to post Kierkegaard, not from my country but I like his works and ideals.
You happy? I'd rather aim for something fictional, like archer.
the aviator is a pretty good film about him which will give you a brief idea of who he was and his accomplishments, its on netflix if youre interested
that should pique your interest enough to read into him, genuinely fascinating individual
It's a shame that fanboys managed to turned this guy into an overrated meme scientist. He was still pretty brilliant
How much times do I have to repeat this to avoid this terrible fate.
>Let men see, let them know, a real man, who lives as he was meant to live.
Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus
>his awakening is the result of humanity's greatest offence to the planet (nuclear weapons)
>punishes humanity every chance he gets, and has been doing so for at least 60 years
>protects the planet he lives on but not necessarily humanity
>a force of nature that has had many victories and few losses
>acts as a being that brings balance to the world, much like I would want to bring balance to the world while throwing the idea of "humanitarianism" out the window
>humans angrily try to kill him to no avail, making him stronger and stronger every time
>acts as a being that brings balance to the world, much like I would want to bring balance to the world
