I dont know, I'm just sitting there editing something and I feel like I'm spinning around extremely fast and I start breathing really fast and the best way to calm myself down is move around a lot or smoke. Its exremely sudden, I have no idea why it happens. Sometimes it happens like that and sometimes it eases itself on when I start believing I'm hearing my mom talking to me. This has been happening since my childhood. I guess its like a panic attack or something.

I'm not autistic or anything, I think its just psychological issues.
