My mom runs the local shelter with minimal funds and a single employee. 90% of the work is done by volunteers. But "oh the poor doggies ;_;" and "I'll only ever support nonkill shelters"! UPDATE ON DOGGY:

I've looked up every vet clinic in Newport, Wales and every single one is closer to the longitude and latitude that was given, the RSPCA and other dog sanctuaries/shelters are about a 30 minute drive when the vet clinics are about 15 minute walks. It doesn't seem right that nobody has come to his assistance. There's no doubt in my mind now that he's living with his parents and is not in a group home.
