Who /allergies/ here?
Grass and seafood are my weaknesses. I fucking love crab rangoons and sushi every time I try a bite, but my throat closes every time I try to eat them. Grass isn't too much of an issue until I start rolling and laying in it, then my skin gets inflamed and itchy. Pollen is also an issue, but it isn't a real problem until Spring.

I have few compared to being a child, but its

>mildew
>dust
>dog
>peanuts

So its inconvenient but life goes on. Mildew hurts my eyes like a botch and dust makes the asthma start up. Doges are sinus and peanut is hives.

No idea why my nose is clogged up and I have nasal drainage down the back of my throat. I can clear a nice glob of mucus out of my throat every 3 minutes and it really, really pisses me off. I wanna sing. ;-;

You probably dont have an allergy, but just an immune system hyperactivity from perhaps weather and conditions

Protip: If you are lactose or gluten intolerant you are NOT WHITE

What should I do to help that?

>>25835784
It's year round, unfortunately. Only thing that ever fixed it was psuedoephedrine, and after like 3-4 days I build up tolerance and it's back to drainage...

Is there even a way to beat food allergies? I can't eat some of the food I could eat when I was a child.

What is your diet consist of? Are you sleeping in too little? Are you stressed from something?

Tell your doctor these things and see what they may know of the effects on mucus production. Most say lactose heavy and little sleep induces the production. If none of these, perhaps ask someone you know who has the same or seek a dermatologist or an allergen specialist for a check up.

OP here. I can't stop thinking about them. Help me.

I've been to the doctor about it several times. I got prescribed some medicines but in the end all I could get was something for the wheezing it causes, but never anything that stops the mucus from coming.

Singulair, Zyrtec, Allegra, Claritin, Flonase, Nasacort. Nothing worked, definitely not allergies. My doctor insists it's allergies though, so she's a dumb cunt I can't really go to her about this stuff.

Sleeping too little is a possibility, plus I was an alcoholic for a few years and I've just decided to get that under control recently. Stressed because I still live with my mom and step dad at age 23 and he really hates my guts. My diet definitely is not heavy in lactose.

I thought it might be a reaction to stomach production since I get heartburn a lot but I started taking acid reducers like zantac and that didn't help. I'm fuckin stumped and it reduces quality of life by quite a lot.

>stressfull period in college
>start to feel fuckedup everytime I eat
>skin turns red, heart palpitation and gut feels like it's about to explode
>get random panic attacks as well
>go to the doctor and do multiple tests throughout the month
>turns out I can't break down histamine in food
So not allergic but if I eat too much ood people get allergies from I get the symptoms of an allergic reaction.
No cheeses, tomatoes, shellfish, chocolate or alcohol until this is over.
