I find that it's easiest to think that they're either extremely stupid or simply very "in the moment" type of people. That if you skip forward 5 years, she'll be with another guy saying and legitimately feeling the same things.
It's got less to do with the actual person and more about her relationship with the "IDEA" of relationships. ie; very juvenile, or just constantly distracted
