If you are in bumfucking nowhere in Yemen and you can get rich off your daughter or gain influence, then it will be a forceful arranged marriage, but in most cases where the parents won't gain anything out of it, then it will happen like it happened with me. I'm sure that's how it used to happen in white countries in Victorian times too. Although I never researched it.
