It has to be an exceptional woman. A woman who lives up to the same standards as a male soldier. Otherwise it is morally wrong because it has been proven that all male units are superior to mixed gender units.

My wife was in the military and has some pretty strong opinions on it. Overall she remains adamant that they should not be in front line combat. I think if you had an all-female unit though and put them on vehicle duty, it could work maybe since you won't have the problems of mixed gender units and you won't have the problems of women having problems physically keeping up.
