>get my first paycheck from my new job
>over half of my pay was taken in taxes
How the fuck is this legal?
I make well above minimum wage and STILL can't survive off this if the state is going to steal half my pay.
How do you expect me to pay rent, buy food, pay car insurance/maintenance AND pay for health insurance on $750 a month?
If this paycheck was untaxed and I was getting my full $1600, this wouldn't be a single issue at all and I wouldn't struggle to make ends meet.
Why even bother contributing to society 40 hours a week if society isn't going to ensure I can have a roof over my head and food on the table in return?
And pay for the single mother Stacy and her pack of niglets. If you're inferior, you're just paying for lucky normies to have fun while never getting any. You should stop going to work and NEET and leech off as much as you can.
I used to be able to make a living off my shitty pay. But then Obama made that stupid healthcare bill and my work dropped their coverage because of it and I went from paying about 100 dollars per check to get benifits to now having nearly 230 bucks per check have to go to healthcare. I'm honestly considering not having healthcare because the "fine" is way cheaper and I don't have to live off ramen.
>tick the "I qualify for tax free threshold box" on your tax slip
>earn as much as you fucking want and they will never know
I earn $22 and technically earn enough to pay rax from the shear amount of hours I do, but fuck actually paying it lol
Benefits of not having it
>you wont use it
>even if you do use it, it's probably for something you will die of anyway
>you help to increase the statistics of people not on healthcare, making obangocare look like the fuck up it is
Vote Bernie and get even more taxes taken from you.
Gotta pay for all that free stuff somehow.
>required to have health insurance by law
eat shit, you socialist faggots
Everything including the tax system is meant to benefit the wealthy and it's getting worse and worse. The wealthy/powerful have structured tax laws in such a way that any increase in taxes hits the middle and the lower classes first and foremost. The price of goods is going up and up while wages remain stagnant. It's a perfect system, literally impossible to challenge. But the problem will be how to dispose of the large superfluous population or at least make them completely pacified and ignorant.
yes. actually all our money is going to 11 trillion dollar Raptor jets that are malfunctioning pieces of shit that don't even fly in Ops, they just do training runs and burn up fuel for no reason.
this was the daily uproar on /pol/ like 5 years ago.
honestly, i'm enraged everyday. the government is taking so much money from the people for non-necessity.
the only thing that can temporarily quell the rage is sleep and drugs.
and then they want more money from my paycheck for health insurance that i won't need until i'm in my 40s, possibly even 50s, by then Obamacare will not exist.
so i get to pay a 350$ penalty for no reason, it's great.
i love being punished just for living, how is everyone not a masochist yet?
>Actually get paid $1,250/month on average
>$149/month goes to the elderly who won't stop cucking my generation well into their 80s (No, it's not for my own welfare, welfare will be gone by the time I'm 50, please stop taking my money to pay for these Chads who lived it up big making tons of money for no work and getting nearly free college)
>$61/month goes to the medical care of said elderly shitters so they can stay alive long enough to take as much of my money as possible and stare at the wall with their disintegrated-ass fucking brains
>$61/month goes to Stacies who keep getting knocked up and go to the hospital/doctor 30 times a year because they're fucking hypochondriacs who like to take risks at the taxpayer's expense
>Pay $27/month for national interest because normies don't pay back the exorbitant loans they take out to buy expensive houses, cars, and college tuition for bullshit courses. Never taken out a loan in my life.
>$72/month to pay for military engagements in North Africa and Durkistan
>$9/month for a federal public transportation system that doesn't exist
>$14 to fund common core educational propaganda
>$9/month to fund housing projects that place criminals and troublemakers in my community
>Spend $672/year ($56/month) on mediocre health insurance I don't need as I'm in great health, because at my humble income I would have to pay $695/year in fines just for NOT having insurance
I guess the rest of that spending I'm okay with. 1% each for science and environmental concerns. 4% each for veterans and agriculture.
Most of this spending looks like a welfare system for normalfags to live large and suck the life out of real working folks. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing a normalshit get food stamps, welfare, and thousands of free dollars on their tax returns while they have all these things I don't: A smartphone, a car, their own home, recreational spending money... It's all fucked.
Self employment is the only real means to being financially well off. If you have any creative passions and interest, or are just willing to flip something repetitive like painting and power-washing into a business, thats a good place to start researching on how to market yourself.
Alternatively, you could do live-streaming and keep all the money through donations.
>(No, it's not for my own welfare, welfare will be gone by the time I'm 50, please stop taking my money to pay for these Chads who lived it up big making tons of money for no work and getting nearly free college)
Whoops, meant social security.
Have a common core tidbit.
Now, take away social security to start with. That's an entitlement those people paid for, they deserve every penny of it. Conservatives want to rob those people of money they earned and paid into a system by leveraging it and calling those people takers and whatever, that's complete nonsense. Same with Medicare, they paid for it, they should get it. Take away military pensions and veterans benefits too, those people worked for that money. The next highest amount is defense.
Or, you know, your mom and dad can work for 30 years and pay and pay and then get nothing, your call.
The defense budget is the biggest waste of money and it's killing this country. It's wealth that we generate that we literally set on fire. Stop pretending, stop believing conservative lies.
>ignoring the demonstrated fact that socialized medicine is cheaper on both the individual and national levels
>ignoring the fact that you'd pay less without the added cost of improving shareholder value
>whining like you've got tits over how we pay for things instead of looking at why they cost so much.
I sure hope you're not doing this, anon.
Not true. The minimal threshold for someone that's single is something like $9660, not counting tax credits. If you claim 0, you'll still pay in and have to get a return at the beginning of the year. Even if you get a return, you still pay taxes because you pay in and they hold it for a year.
>12.5% of the population
>Public education raising a generation of fatherless useful idiots who demand to be at least 50% of media personalities
>They'll never stop being too stupid do the math necessary for realistic expectations of representation because common core mathematics make you third-world stupid
Have another one for the road.
Depends on state taxes. I know got a fact that federal tax will never exceed 39%, especially since it's graduated. He doesn't make near enough to approach that rate. He makes about what I make, but I'm not liable for state tax because of my job and half my pay is untaxed federally or otherwise.
Not true. The biggest waste is paying congress plus congressional pensions. They're already getting paid by corporations, why should tax money pay them 100k+ for life? At least the defense budget gives jobs to the nonrich and serves a function (protecting commerce in foreign soil/seas). Congress doesn't even keep the economy floating except by throwing fucking money at the problem.
And another one, fuck it.
>The price of goods is going up and up while wages remain stagnant
This is what's hurting us. Minimum wage, right now, is $5.05 in 2004-dollars. The hard part of fixing this is that we can't simply raise minimum wage either, because we would inflate proportionally.
Dont worry anon, all boards agree that, if elected, Trump will fix things. Just listen and believe, anon.
>How the fuck is this legal?
Because they say it is. Just like how they they using cannabis is wrong and illegal: for no more reason than because they said so. If they passed a law that said wearing red clothing is wrong and illegal then cops would go around arresting and beating the shit out of people for wearing red.
America is the worst of both economic worlds. The worst of crony crapitalism with TBTF banks and the worst of socialism by extracting your pay to pay for the indulgences of the parasites and so they fight illegal proxy wars through the sand people. It's the jobs of people like Trump, Cruz, and Hillary to make you believe voting for them is going to fix things while they laugh and take you for everything you have.
Nobody is going to take you seriously until the guillotines are broken out, otherwise sit down, shut up, and be a good little goyim and pay for the negro/white trashes welfare checks, another housing bubble, and more weapons subsidies for Saudi Arabia so the Rockefellers and Rothchilds and Kochs can make a few billion more.
>But the problem will be how to dispose of the large superfluous population or at least make them completely pacified and ignorant.
For now, the strategy is to pacify us and make us ignorant. Eventually, when we're no longer needed there will be a mass die-off initiated by a worldwide plague (started with bioweapons). Nukes, while more effective, leave tons of radiation in their wake. But an engineered virus does no such thing. It's perfect for depopulation.
>welfare is not a big hole at all compared to the public services i just mentioned
public services like police and fire are both a much smaller percent of total tax revenue, and are mostly funded by sales and property taxes
>doesn't apply for scholarships and grants because fuck higher education
>doesn't apply for health care and food reductions because fuck handouts
>doesn't apply for rent subsidies or cheap housing because fuck welfare
You get what you deserve. I'll be sitting in my reduced-cost apartment on campus, for Electrical Engineering, which is more than half covered by state and federal while eating American-grown food and drinking state-subsidized milk all while taking my $0 prescriptions from Medicaid :^)
P.s. my AS cost $0 because grants covered everything at my Community College (because we care about education here). Enjoy being a retard because you had to enter the nigger-tier dick-waving contest.
