I feel for you man, I had pretty bad acne around my chin, forehead and nose when i was a teen.
Ended up just Drinking loads of water and working out actually helped clear it right up after 3-6 months.

I went through a rough time with acne. I had a pizza face. Pimples and pus. That's how ugly I had it. You just deal with them. They are going to be there. Just don't touch your face and wash your face after you sweat. You don't want to get them infected as I did. Also, don't expose too much to the sun.
