kinda hard. It's hard staying on a steady diet living in my house because my parents make the worse and most fattening food and there is always temptation snacks everywhere. It's hell living here. It doesn't help when my family keeps telling me I'm not fat at all, even though I'm 190lbs at 5'7
>June 7-286 lbs >August 7 - 236 lbs >december 7 - 244 lbs >today - 237 lbs I think I have foodpoisoning from something I ate last night so i won't be eating for the next few days. Maybe I'll shed some more weight.
>>25745696 Yes, muscle weighs more than fat, and if you just started working out you will have an initial period of a lot of muscle growth, but it will slow down after a while and take more effort to keep growing
>>25745842 Dude, as soon as you've lost most of the fat, you'll probably be getting nice muscles immediately. Think of all the muscles you've had under the fat to keep moving. Not to mention the muscles you've probably gained while losing it. I don't know how tall you are or how big you actually look, but considering you're about to quit it seems like you haven't seen much change?
>>25746054 >i can't even get out of bed, I wake up and start feeling sleepy 3-4 hours later, my mind is constantly foggy can't focus on anything i'm tired 24/7. i'm also a 1.77m manlet with a shit tier
>>25746054 Sounds like you're going about losing the weight the wrong way. You can still eat quite a lot as long as you are eating the right foods- fish, chicken, fruit, salad you can eat fuckloads of these things + take lots of vitamins. Start drinking coffee.
>>25746054 Brah I see strong potential for bear mode. Go look up ICF and follow that routine while on a cut. Read the sticky on /fit/ as well. I can promise you, you'll look great in a year if you're serious about losing weight. You just need to keep your goal in mind constantly and never lose sight of it
>>25746054 hey m8 im like you in the first picture but a like more fat... also im a manlet of 1,68 how did you lose weight.... ? i started this year walking and quit soda, sodium and shit. eat a lot of cereals vegetables and fish.
I was really motivated last year, bought a bike and started cycling to school in spring. Threw out useless food and started eating clean, after feeling a bit better started to going to and did stronglifts 5x5. Now depression and apathy is coming back and I stopped, every fucking winter it's the same. I fucking hate this seasonal depression bullshit.
>>25745048 found an exercise i like doing: skipping
can do it in backyard. doesn't take long cause its intense. and you can get into a rhythm, then put your mind into some fantasy and just keep up the rhythm. if you get too bored you can do tricks like 1 foot and stuff.
>>25747374 The only problem is loose skin. Every other aspect of yourself slowly improves to Chad levels. I lost 100lbs in my mid-late 20s (28) now and the physical changes are stark, but I have a problem with loose skin.
>>25745048 I've been learning and losing weight for about 10 years, since I was obese as a kid. I went to the gym for the first time when I was a teenager and reached a BMI below overweight around my sophomore year in high school. These days I'm skinnyfat but that's been coming to an end lately too.
Overall I haven't had much to complain about other than my family feeding me into childhood obesity in the first place.
Pretty good mates. 5'10 went down from 197-188 in about three weeks. I just stopped eating so much shit. And on days I do eat shit I'll go for say the grilled chicken patty rather than a fatburger with bacon, cheeses, and shit. Also fucking moderated soda. I allow myself one real sugur pepsi every sunday. Also stoppe dbeing a lazy ass and went back to working out. It's fucking hard no lie. When I see my younger brother who's fucking eating like shit but is /fit/ And here I am taller than that fuck but only look average.
Mfw verification had me choose images of fucking Pizza.
>>25745048 It's going okay. I got down from 270 to 215 (and I genuinely have no clue how I did that, I hardly paid attention to my diet at all and just worked out every day), and I was stuck there for a really long time. Eventually, I stopped going to the gym. At one point, even though I hate retarded meme diets, I tried keto and got down to 200. As soon as I got off of it, though, I almost immediately gained all of that weight back (leading me to assume that most of it was water weight anyway) and then some, and over the past few months I've gone back up to 230 somehow. Trying to work on that, though.
>>25745071 I have a similar problem. My mom brings home a lot of free food from where she works, and it's generally not the healthiest stuff.
That being said, what I'm doing, and I recommend you try the same, is I've purchased a food scale, and I've been meticulously weighing out my meals, watching my portions and counting calories (I use an app called MyFitnessPal for this). That way, I've been able to eat relatively unhealthy stuff whilst not consuming too many calories. I'm also going to try and sneak in at least 1 (maybe 2) outright healthy meals a day. Seems to be working so far, I'm down to 225 from 230, but it's only been a week.
