Could be benign, they aren't going to pump you full of chemicals in that case, but it is all dependent on how long you've had it. If it's malignant well you're shit out of luck, I don't fully agree with some methods but you'd be a fool to think that some cancers can simply just be ignored.

My dad had cancer, and recovered because they caught it early before it spread to his bones.
