I didnt choose shit. I have been a shut-in all my life and I am 27 years old now. I did beat my social anxiety at some point, but I barely had any friends or acquintances in my life. Only one gf for 6 months in total and it was a long distance relationship. Never talked much with my parents either.

TLDR: I cannot fucking talk to people. I cannot make jokes. I either say nothing or I have so much on my mind that I cant properly phrase one topic and discuss it in detail with the other person. people get bored or even annoyed in my presence. Every woman I tried to date told me "Die Chemie stimmt nicht", even a girl from a social anxiety group.

I am long past the point of no return. I can never entertain anyone again, I can never have a real friend again or a soulmate as a partner. I will never marry and have kids. My life is over.
