i bought a gtx960 4gig about 2 weeks ago to play some games i've been meaning to play for a while

it handled arkham knight on medium settings completely fine, so that's something i guess. why was there so much pc game backlash for that game? was it just the people who need to run the game on ultra high settings bitching about it?
