I remember watching some of his vids when I was 16, like 6 years ago (2009-2010).

He had a cult following and set the modern neckbeard standard.

Back then, despite being a somewhat loud atheist myself, I found him unbearable after a while.
He just talks too much, and while he says some interesting/true things, he also talks a lot of crap to get there.
