Not sure about Ireland, but in the US you need a script.
I done both Codeine / promethezine lean and just regular over the counter lean and I enjoy both equally.
good luck faking anything to get a script for it though. I usually just stick with the over the counter shit
also, easiest way to make it not taste like shit is 30% syrup 70% sprite and jolly ranchers to top it off
