Anyone who tells you dieting and exercise is the only way is a fucking chimp. All you have to do is eat less than 2000 cals a day. Then your body will take the fat and use it as the calories you didn't eat. That's the idea behind your body storing fat.
I know you said no dieting, but look up the power protein diet. It's super easy to follow, and you can eat all the meat and fats you want. Just be warned that it can be risky, so just make sure you have researched it properly before starting. I've lost like 20 pounds in 3 months on it

Let's say your body uses about 1500 calories a day, count your calories and eat less than that. If you really want to attempt not being a lazy no gains shithead then learn how to body build.

Eating a shitload of veggies and meat while not consuming sweets, fruit and carbs and only drinking water is the easiest way. Carbs are very dense in calories and so you can actually eat quite a bit of meat replacing it.
Like pork loin is 210 calories per 4 oz with 25g protein and a cup of green beans is only 50 calories with 6g fiber to give you an example. If you're a man, you can eat a lot of fucking food while still losing weight.
