I was just told that I was mysterious but in a dangerous way like a shark and that I seem like I could pull a knife out at any moment and that I always seem really intense
I was literally told I was like a potential school shooter
I'm probably going to be everyone I know about this coming off as a desperate loser in the process
I dress pretty preppy and try to keep my hair at a reasonable length although it is a little longer now
Its mostly over how I act/how I speak
I tend to talk in a monotone voice since I normally go long periods of time without speaking
>live in uni flat full of normies
>have severe social anxiety
>always seem tense and on edge to everyone else as though i'm about to do something unpredictable even though I never have
>flat has electronic locks so you can hear when people lock their doors
>this one girl locks her door every time she hears me walk in the flat and no one else is around
>tfw when anxiety causes everyone to think that your some sort of impulsive rapist or serial killer
What if it's true? We are the sum of our social experiences. There were experiments were children who were raised by animals behaved like animals. We adopt the traits of the people we come in contact with. The question remains: What is the core self? If solipsism is true then nothing outside of us exists. Is there such a thing as a collective consciousness? Every brain contains the whole picture just like a hologram, just like our DNA is evenly spread in our entire body. The more interesting question is: Are you going to be everyone you DON'T know? The answer could give us a lot of insight into determinism and teleology. If archetypes of the mind exist it means that nobody is really unique. Thus we are all but copies of the first human Adam who was a creation of god.
I think what he meant was that he is going to be everyone he KNOWS. Just coming into contact with someone doesn't mean you know him. True knowledge includes love. So to paraphrase his quote: He is going to be everyone HE LOVES. Because love connects and love expands. In love there are no differences, what matters is only the moment. So when he is telling he is going to be everyone he knows, he means that the deep mutual connection of love and wisdom will shatter all differences between them and they will be the SAME. He is going to BE everyone he knows. But on the other hand: How do you really know a person? You see that's where existentialism comes in. You can never truly know a person and can never truly connect to him outside of the womb and this terrible truth must give rise to existential depression. When he is saying he is going to be everyone he knows, he is saying he is going to be NO-ONE because he doesn't know ANYONE.
You got it all wrong. You forgot one major factor. He said 'probably'. I'm PROBABLY going to be everyone I know. You guys studied chaos theory? Probability theory? Schroedingers cat? When a photon is observed it behaves like particle, when not observed it behaves like a wave. But unless observed it is BOTH. The same with anons "probably". He is PROBABLY going to be everyone he knows, so the probability is 1:2. Unless he doesn't know EVERYONE including himself he can't BE himself. Which leads us directly to buddhism. It takes only one awakened person, one boddhisatva to awaken everyone. Like a cell that splits and duplicates. Maybe we are all just illusions of OP. Maybe he created us in his fantasy world in order to KNOW us and thus himself and so to BECOME.
"I'm probably going to be everyone I know"
But I'm no expert on this subject. OP is far too brilliant and insightful to be understood by mortals like us. He even puts the Dalai Lhama to shame.
