Dude there everywhere. I'm into chicks with about 10-15 lbs more than thin girls which is very common everywhere I go. One thing I've noticed is that a lot of them are insecure and will assume you couldn't be sexually interested in them so you should be prepared to initiate all small talk, flirting, basic signaling. From there just rinse and repeat and you should have a much higher success rate than if you were chasing thin chicks.

Even normal girls will tolerate your hobbies. I think that you mean that you want her to actually like them. As far as being a 3/10 is concerned, what makes you one? I thought that I was ugly once, then I lost some weight, fixed my skin, and figured out what hairstyles worked with my face. Even if you don't have good bone structure, you can probably make yourself a 5.5-6/10 with enough effort.

They fade a bit with time, and they don't mar your appearance as much as you probably feel that they do. Mine are noticeable, and I still even have occasional forehead breakouts at fucking 27. If you cut yourself down to a low body fat percentage, your face will probably look pretty good regardless. If they really do bother you, they are surgically correctable. I think it's rather painful though.

I also started out as a minimum wage employee with a GED. It's hard at first, but you can do well for yourself even at a retail job if you work hard, make an effort to learn, and maintain a positive attitude. Most people are working class, so that's who most women expect to end up with. They don't expect us to be perfect. If they see that you're trying to build a life/future for yourself, they'll be happy with that.
