How do I lose weight? I want to eat less but I don't have enough self control. On top of that it doesn't even feel like I'm eating much.
I swear I don't even eat much either. I don't even eat 3 meals a day. Today alone I only ate a bowl of noodle that said it was 300 calories, 6 frozen food chicken dumplings and 2 bowls of ( admittedly sugary ) cereal.
