Anyone else hate their accent? I wish I was born somewhere else so my voice wasn't shit-tier.
I try my hardest to speak normally and without local dialect but it never works.
I like mine and other people like it too, one of the few good things about me.
You know the movie Fargo? Well I am from Fargo (still live here), and have the accent although to a lighter degree.
Say things like
>ya yoo betcha
>dontcha know
all the time.
Most people seem to find it endearing. I do like it.
I'm from Northern California. Probably the most dry, boring accent in the entirety of the English language. So there's' that.

I'm a Geordie. Apparently the most liked accent in the UK. It sounds like low class garbage.

I can't even describe the NorCal accent. It's as if all emotion and spirit was stripped from the language. So boring.
I feel sorry for you Britbros. I heard accents are still highly stratified there as markers of social class though not as bad as Indian castes.

Do you feel sorry for me because I believe in God?

I feel sorry for you because there's a high likelihood you're brown :(

They definitely are. I genuinely might get speech classes or something because I think my shitty accent will hold me back. It's not too bad but I still hate it. Kind of wish I was American desu.
