I would suggest there are some jobs that turn people into alcoholics, like retail management, but by and large there are no positions suitable for alcoholics.

Welders and electricians. They make good money too, and people are overwhelmingly alcoholics.

Real good welders who don't mind traveling most of the year can pull $100 an hour. Electricians make about $30 an hour after 4 years of work. But yeah overwhelmingly alcoholics, people showing up to work drinking, drinking on breaks, drinking at lunch, ect really not that uncommon.
