you're supposed to do that with the ruler directly on top of the dick but people tilt the ruler, or measure from the side or the leg to give themselves more length.

Sucks because I used to be skele mode, but now I'm a weird mix of that and skinny fat, meaning I got a belly, and I have fat around that area too taking an inch away.
