1. EAT LESS
2. Move more
3. Fix posture dont slack all day go on walks and stand even in your own house, a standing desk isnt a bad idea

Robots who browse fit: can I exit skinnyfat mode and perhaps enter just skinny mode by eating better and doing bodyweight stuff? I will start lifting but not now. Ubtil I am able to, Id like to have a decent bodyfat %.
OP, look up keto diets. Basically try to cut out all simple carbs like juice, soda, gatorade, candy, chips, etc. Keto with decent amount of protein will help you cut bodyfat while retaining muscle.
But if that's too much for you, just follow the main advice that everyone's been telling you.
1. Eat less
2. Lift weights at least 3x weekly
3. Supplement properly (get a solid multivitamin)
4. Cut out all simple carb drinks like juice, soda, and alcohol
Lose a bit more weight before you start bulking. You can start bulking now if you want, but you'd look fat as fuck at the end of it. You'd also have more muscle which is the point of bulking. Once you're done bulking, start cutting aka eat 300-500 cal below TDEE while continuing to work out.
The idea is to eat more (200-500cal above TDEE) and lift (bodyweight mixed with weights is good) 2-3 times a week. After at least 2-3 months, start cutting.
Eat at least 80-90g of protein a day (100g is a good amount).
i don't eat much at all, just some pasta or whatever, i take big long walks everyday and do running a lot yet i'm still skinnyfat
i'm starting to realise a person can't really adjust their weight at all, it's just genetics
