Who else here /weak/?
I'm male, 19 years old, 5'9 manlet and 159 lbs and i have problems lifting 20lbs dumbbells

I'm 5'9" with like 12" baby arms and I can do 45lb curls for reps. I've been curling and doing various other upper-body exercises off and on for quite a while, and I've gained a good bit of arm strength with barely any muscle gain. It really blows.
The key for pushups for me is getting the breathing right. I always end up holding my breath through like ten of them and getting exhausted because basically I'm fucking stupid.
Are you saying people run out of lung supplied oxygen in the blood and it's as simple as that?
I was /weak/ before I went to OCS.
Then I got ill, but made enough gains to pass.

You can make it OP, just gotta stick to a routine. I don't recommend joining the military to get fit, the lack of sleep and all the stress will kill your gains.
I'm the one who should be angry. She can do twice as many as me and I'm a guy.
That's above average for grills, how did you achieve it or were you naturally built for it like with broad body, short limbs or something like that?
I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome since for 8 months now... it's an hell.
I'm 5'9 and 116lbs, every day i'm feeling like i'm soon to die. I will never eat good food with glad (captcha is food, what the hell)

When I started I couldn't even do one. Doing only calisthenics I went up to 25 and then I started bench pressing, after that doing pushups got a lot easier.
Do you lift?
Nope I don't lift. No home equip and never got into lifting in the brief periods I frequented gyms. There was another thread a few days ago about some guy who could only do 15 pushups. Then suddenly he went on GOMAD and after a while he jumped to 50 just from the nutriton I presume. I gave up on pushups aa couple years ago too, thinking of resuming them.
Are there some bad side effects of GOMAD?
Yeah I would be surprised if anything added more reps in my case. What complicates this I think is you need your upper body strength to stabilize, push as well as breath. So it's a chicken egg situation too besides all else.

You can easily get fit, anon. Here's how.
Start a daily training program of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats along with a 10 km run. Eat 3 meals, but only a banana for breakfast. DON'T use the AC either.
And no matter how much it hurts, don't give up!
you don't have to do gomad but you could drink more milk if your pretty skinny. If you learn to read nutritional facts and pay attention to what you put in your body its just upping your calories and protien to bulk up.
I was thinking maybe a gallon of milk would have enough of everything to break the cycle of malnourishment no matter what. It just sounded incredible, how it worked on that guy but maybe he was a skelly who knows really.
Milk messes my stomach up too so I'd prefer to eat 5 lbs of beef, fish and bacon a day instead in a high protein, no sugar or grains diet preferably. Or something like that.

I tried going to the gym once thanks to some normie "friends", ne of them tells me to lift whatever that bar with disks is called
