ye, i take those all the fucking time. you need a relatively high dose for it to work properly though. I'd recommend like 900mg for your first attempt. if that doesn't work try 1200-1500. i've taken over 2500mg before with no adverse effects so don't get scared of the numbers. you can check errowid if you don't believe me.

Like >>25548157 said, you can become comfortable in the victim role. The likelihood is that you probably do have a form of depression, but the idea of having justification for your lack of activity is too inviting. Sometimes you don't want to leave it.
Despite this, from a personal perspective, I would most certainly like to return to normality. I don't like doing nothing all day. Regular and routine exercise helps with this.
