Other than that I'd say it's a healthy diet at least. Why are you limiting yourself to 1200 calories a day. You can probably go up to 1500 if you wanted. You trying to lose weight?
You'd be better off with some protein for breakfast instead of Frosted Flakes of whatever cereal you are eating. Or make some quick-rolled oats w/milk, only takes 1 minute in the microwave.
I'm 5'11 and 168lbs, so skinnyfat with a bit of muscle. I just found 1200 to pretty much strip the fat off me, I don't like dieting for long periods.
See above, and not always, I'll usually just have 1200 calories of wholesome food. I don't have any multivits and I'm too anxious to go to a store. Send help.
I'm eating a cheap version of shredded wheat, I know it's more sugary than oats but it actually has more vitamins and roughly the same amount of calories. I don't get hungry thanks to my caffeine habit.
