Do an easy workout my friend. I started 5x5 stronglifts a month and a half ago and I'm already seeing improvement in my body.

I just do body weight. Pull ups, dips, push ups and used to run before an injury. My entire core and back is underdeveloped, can't even strengthen in without feeling like I am going to break my back. Without working out my NEET life would have been boring. I can't binge anime all day without feeling the need to do something else.
not /gym/ but lift.
Went from benching 35kg to 60kg in a few months, then became a depressed fat and lost 10kg strength in the month I had off. Now I'm stuck at 50kg for the past year attempting to lose weight doing fuck all all day surrounded by food.
Feels bad to be so weak, at least I don't have noodle arms like when I first started.
Also got a stationary bike to help me shift this fat.

Literally this. I go to the gym lift weights, cycle, work on the machines whatever, all whilst listening to weeb anime trance remixes and MLP fan mixes. I pay attention to no one I just concentrate on lifting/endurance and drinking water. Totally robot.
Blast your delts for like 2-3 months. Unless your a hardgainer you'll look somewhat decent after.
Expect to be in moderate pain 24/7.
You have a small build, but not fat.
Same advice blast those delts, then move onto arms and chest. It'll take a solid year of pain but you'll look somewhat decent.
literally any barbell/dumbell exercise will build core strength because your using the core to stabilize yourself. just do it anon.
Yeah don't put off exercise unless you have an injury.

Good gains anon. Don't forget you always get your biggest gains the first 2-3 months though so switch to new muscle groups. Work on that chest and shoulder and lidth width next, widen that out so you can get the classic V look.

Holy shit is this true? I started going to the gym and doing the 5x5 strong lifts back in November. Unfortunately my sleeping habits are still kind of shitty and while I feel like I'm eating enough I could probably stand to eat a cleaner diet.
I'm still a skinny little manlet and I think I'm still progressing surely but slowly but it feels kind of discouraging if you get the most gains early on.

Yep. This also works if you haven't worked out in a long time, as in years. I got some great deltoid and lat gains when I started lifting again 3 or 4 months ago.
If you have the aspiration and motivation to go to a gym you are not a true robot.

I'm not a manelt or skinny but I do have a gut. My upper body gains offset it though. I'm planning on working the muscles I've neglected so I can even it out over time. I don't know how skele's put on muslce desu I'm medium build and it's always been easy for me I've just been lazy.

Please impart your wisdom on how you improved your bench. I've been stuck trying to get to 55kg for months now.
nah brah I'm curling, juyst been slacking a little on that. squat, bench, and deadlift have taken a much higher priority. Did do the 9 week russian peaking cycle, defiinitely skimped on accessories for that, it was brutal.

A good workout for improving bench is to start with 2 plates, no barbel/dumbell. Start with 5-10 pound plates and hold them together with your palms. Pressing them together, extend your arms forward as far as you can and hold them there as long as possible. This works muscles you probably haven't hit with other workouts, and I'd good for increasing bench when you stall

After a few months doing this you can hold your pamls together and press, and you'll feel muscles you haven't felt before. Its a really weird muscle area to hit but it does wonders. Also:

Been gyming for 6 solid years (started as freshman for D line.) Got up to 365lb bench max. And now I have an impinged right shoulder. Feels bad man.

Ps: Prolly gunna give MMA/Jiu Jitsu a shot. Any tips?
