I just do body weight. Pull ups, dips, push ups and used to run before an injury. My entire core and back is underdeveloped, can't even strengthen in without feeling like I am going to break my back. Without working out my NEET life would have been boring. I can't binge anime all day without feeling the need to do something else.

Unfortunately my sleeping habits are still kind of shitty and while I feel like I'm eating enough I could probably stand to eat a cleaner diet. I'm still a skinny little manlet and I think I'm still progressing surely but slowly but it feels kind of discouraging if you get the most gains early on.

>>25545635 A good workout for improving bench is to start with 2 plates, no barbel/dumbell. Start with 5-10 pound plates and hold them together with your palms. Pressing them together, extend your arms forward as far as you can and hold them there as long as possible. This works muscles you probably haven't hit with other workouts, and I'd good for increasing bench when you stall
>>25546285 After a few months doing this you can hold your pamls together and press, and you'll feel muscles you haven't felt before. Its a really weird muscle area to hit but it does wonders. Also: >eat your chicken breasts!
