Didn't brush my teeth for like 4 years. I'm pretty hygentic these days but if I'm on holiday there will always be 1 week I do t change underwear. I haven't brushed in a week or so. I hate brushing souvj but gotta do it.

Currently on DNP and have been for a couple weeks, everything in my room smells like sweat. I take showers, but don't really have the energy to do more than stand in it for a few minutes, even if I did I'd come back to my bed and my chair, both of which reek of sweat.
